Ticket and privacy policies
These policies apply to the Wealth Literacy Workshop scheduled for October 24, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.
Refund and transfer policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and may not be exchanged for credit. The attendee name submitted during final registration must match the person attending, and identification or the purchaser’s confirmation email may be requested at check-in.
Attendees ages 13 to 17 must attend with a ticketed parent or legal guardian. A Group Bundle purchaser must submit the names and email addresses of all four attendees. Attendee names become final on October 18, 2026. Typographical corrections may be requested by emailing alexandria@wealthtableadvisory.com.
The exact Dallas venue, parking information, and arrival instructions will be emailed to registered attendees on October 1, 2026. Anyone who purchases after that date will receive the details after registration is completed.
If the organizer cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price. Third-party processing fees will be refunded only when returned by the payment processor. If the organizer reschedules the event, existing tickets will remain valid. A ticket holder who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within seven calendar days after the rescheduling notice is sent. Speaker, menu, schedule, or program adjustments do not qualify for a refund.
Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By attending, guests understand that event images may be used to document or promote Wealth Table Academy experiences.
Privacy policy
Wealth Table Advisory LLC, doing business as Wealth Table Academy, collects the information needed to process workshop registration and operate the event. This may include names, email addresses, ticket selections, attendee information, age ranges, guardian details, purchase references, communications, and basic website usage information.
We use this information to process registrations, maintain the check-in list, provide venue and event updates, prepare attendee materials, respond to questions, prevent misuse, and operate or improve the event experience. Stripe processes payment-card information under its own privacy and security practices. Wealth Table Academy does not receive or store complete card numbers through this website.
Information may be shared with service providers that support payment processing, website hosting, communications, registration, and event operations, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information or use attendee information for targeted advertising. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for event operations, legal obligations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and security.
A Group Bundle purchaser is responsible for providing accurate attendee information and confirming that each attendee has agreed to its submission. A parent or legal guardian must provide information for an attendee ages 13 to 17. This event and registration form are not intended for children younger than 13.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing alexandria@wealthtableadvisory.com. We will review and respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect collected information, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
